Tim & Susan Vacca | Pastor

Tim became the pastor of Victory Chapel in May 2024. Together, he and Susan serve as a team, providing pastoral care and leading the church’s ministries. They are passionate about ministry, evangelism, and building meaningful connections with people of all ages.

The Vaccas are blessed with five wonderful children: Lizzy, Katie, Ezra, Maddie, and Abby.

Tim is a licensed minister with the United Pentecostal Church International and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas. As a bi-vocational pastor, he also works as a sales engineer in industrial automation. Raised as a missionary kid, he spent much of his early life in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Philippines, shaping his heart for ministry.

Susan earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She previously worked as an engineer for Raytheon before stepping into her favorite role—being a full-time mom and homemaker. A true Texan at heart, she grew up in South Texas, primarily in San Antonio.
